His release is unconditional, let the "lets offer him" begin.
Ealey just did not want to compete.
He needs to realize that this is big boy football. Nothing will be given to you here, you have to earn it. And if you do earn it, you have to work twice as hard to keep it because you will have at least 2 other guys working just as hard as you are to take your job.
Good luck to Ealey but he has to understand that nothing in life will ever come easy.

You probably think he was kicked off the team for his off the field issues. It really doesn't matter, dude is gone now.

He was going to start at UGA this year. He just wouldn't get 30 carries a game like Mark Ingram did during his Heisman year, he would be splitting those with other RB's.
How is not wanting to share carries make him scared of competition?
