Driveline also has a lot of elbow and shoulder injuries also. Double edged sword
I'd be interested in seeing evidence that Driveline has a higher rate of shoulder injuries compared to any other pitching program.

I suspect it's mostly just anecdotal. Pitchers have arm injuries. So of course a pitching program is going to have no shortage of examples.

My point being, if we're going to make a claim about an analytical / evidence-based program like DL, we should probably include some evidence ourselves.

Disclaimer:
Weighted balls can 100% be dangerous if used incorrectly. Certainly not something a kid or high school coach should pick up after a few YouTube videos.
