Watching a game from the beginning while it is recording ?

I have Comcast and never had the need to do this (thread title) is it possible ? I will probably miss the 1st hour of the Egg Bowl tonight, but Id like to watch it from the start, while its recording the rest of the game -- Anyone know how this works or if its possible ?

Yes. When you go in to your saved recordings just choose it and it should start from the beginning.

No problem. You can actually turn to the channel the game is on and push the rewind to its maximum speed and it should rewind back to the beginning also.

In mine (dish) it gives me the option to view live or start from the beginning. Other than Tennessee games I rarely watch live tv anymore. If you're going to be an hour behind you can skip commercials and still catch up live some time in the 4th quarter
