This is an inaccurate statement. They went 12-1 his second season - pretty sure Bammers were not complaining about that.

Bama fans wanted Saban fires the “first couple years”? Do what? Saban went 12-2 his second year.....seriously doubt anybody wanted him fired at that point.

Also, he clearly didn’t need “HIS” recruits to win....he won with the same players that got the previous coach fired.

It is not stating the "truth" to say that we should be "thankful" that players went elsewhere... That is not being a Tennessee fan at all - we should be "thankful" for players such as Quavaris Crouch, who had the option of going to Clemson but chose Tennessee instead. Winning right away, is not the most important thing to him... and I for one, will never say that anyone who chose to attend my alma mater made a mistake. Wouldn't you be much happier if you joined a Clemson forum and posted over there? You seem very miserable over here.

Clemson is way better than anything UT ever put on the field. UT was rarely even the best team in the conference. They have maintained a level of success that is second only to Bama.
