I know this will likely be VERY wrong so you don’t have to tell me in the replies how you can’t predict this.. I know. It’s the dead period and there’s nothing else going on and I’m tired of constantly looking at the Evans thread so here’s something to think about.

As of right now, I think only 2 of our current commits (Howard, Washington) actually sign here

QB
4⭐️ Miller Moss

RB
4⭐️ Cody Brown
3⭐️ Chavion Smith

WR
5⭐️ Troy Franklin
4⭐️ Adonai Mitchell
4⭐️ Walker Merrill

TE
4⭐️ Hudson Wolfe
3⭐️ Miles Campbell

OL
5⭐️ Nolan Rucci
4⭐️ Terrence Ferguson
4⭐️ Lawrence Seymore
3⭐️ William Griffin

DL
4⭐️ Keeshawn Silver
3⭐️ Deatrick Pennington
3⭐️ Tyas Martin
3⭐️ Isaac Washington

LB
5⭐️ Dylan Brooks
4⭐️ Demeioun Robinson
4⭐️ Junior Colson
3⭐️ Travali Price

DB
5⭐️ Isaiah Johnson
4⭐️ Andre Turrentine

ATH
3⭐️ Trinity Bell (TE/DL)
3⭐️ Elijah Howard (RB/WR/DB)
3⭐️ Javin Burke (likely a FS)

247 score: 286.13
To compare. That would be the number 7 class in the country for 2020

Also, the same people who are gonna say this is unrealistic are the same people who thought we weren’t gonna end up with a top 10 class, and we did soooooo deal with it.

I'd be very happy with that linebacker group.

Good work on this.

Do these numbers take in to account the CJP bump?

Honestly, I don't have high hopes with this class after the staff turnover. Maybe Tee and Jay can grab some high ranked players. Rocker **** the bed for us, and we've lost the relationships that Sherrer and Rumpf had developed. I don't see any highly rated DB's coming in this class because of depth. Kind of the same situation with the OLine as well this cycle. We most likely have our qb of the future. I don't see how this class is going to do more than add solid depth. 22 on the other hand will have some big holes to fill.

1) Rocker in no way **** the bed
2) What relationships did Rumph and Sherrer have developed? There’s a reason why they both went to the NFL where they don’t have to recruit.

3) Your post makes me think that you didn’t do much research about the two new hires, especially Felton

4) It’s just my opinion but I think Osovet is going to be a monster recruiter in the Northeast.

I’m more excited about this staff than I was the 09 group.

Son62 I agree with you on most everything you said, except maybe 2. I am sure that Sherrer and Rumph did have some recruiting networks established. We will lose some of those ties, though I imagine CJP has many of the same connections. But the ties we lost will be replaced by new recruiting inroads as you stated.

Do you think they are giving Holiday a chance to be a QB if you have us taking Veillux only? The QB room is rather thin since we took Bailey and now we are taking Veillux. Imagine if JG is gone, Maurer transfers and Hill doesn’t do much.

Really nice work on this @VOLUNTEERSZN .. I could definitely see this and maybe even some surprises as well. I honestly could even see Dillworth in this class as well. That’d be a heck of a LB class haul. Brooks would be the cherry on top for that crew. I think Cody Brown’s rating will go up and could possibly be a 5 ⭐️ when it’s all said & done. I think he’s being slept on a little. I would LOVE to see Franklin in this WR group especially considering those we just added in the ‘20 class. Speed kills and Franklin runs really crisp & clean routes. Plucks the ball out of the air, too.

Highly doubt t we sign 4 5* players. That’s getting into UGA, Bama, OSU and Clemson level. I do think our 2021 class will be another top 10 class though.

We signed 2 in 2019, and two others were at one time 5 stars in Henry and Crouch. We can do it, but we need to overachieve this year. We need a breakthrough season in the worst way. Bring me 10 wins

The bamas, Clemson's and Georgia's of the world do it every recruiting cycle. They just reload with four and five star players every year. Why can't we? As long as we have a solid year, I see no reason for us not to be able to have an excellent class next year.

If we find a way to beat UF and either UGA, Bama or OU then it’s possible. I just don’t know if we can do that. I sure hope we can.

Daggum schedule is not helping. Wish we could flip this one with last year's. Which is why I'm still being patient till 2021...Ole Miss alternate West opponent and Pitt as our P5 OOC opponent...goodness! We finna eat

2021 is a year where we should be thinking championship opportunity. If we’ve got QB figured out

For the first time in many years, we have legitimate depth and talent almost across the board moving forward. Pruitt has created a scenerio in which he doesn't necessarily have to go after players of positional need. He has created a roster that is built to last and it seems like he can prioritize the overall best players in the country now-regardless of position, instead of focusing on filling immediate needs at positions..........To that end, I hope our recruiting focus for the 2021 class is:

1) landing 2 elite RBs
2) never enough pass rushers
3) go after the best players regardless of position
