Wayne Chism

I am really impressed by Chism's play in the last few games, seems like he is showing leadership, scoring in the paint, rebounding, and hitting some 3s now and then. What do you think about his professional career, does he have a chance in the NBA or will he play overseas? He deserves to play in the NBA, I just wonder if he will get a shot at it.

Chism is a beast. I always thought he had better pro potential than most of the guy's who have played under Pearl. I think he'll get a shot at least to play with a team in summer league, etc...

^This. I think he would thrive in certain systems. Maybe Dallas, Phoenix or Orlando...somewhere like that. He'd be a great backup to somebody like Dirk or Rashard Lewis.

Yes. Even earlier this season I had reservations about him. But since GunGate he has really started to assert himself as a leader. He still gets silly fouls, but even there he's gotten a bit better.

We'll need him to shoulder a heavy load on the road.

Chism has been playing like a beast for the 2 past seasons and was the only reason last season we were dancing in march. But I think it ll be a year or two before we see him playing in the nba.

One thing that I like about Wayne is he really looks like he is enjoying his senior year, he plays with alot of emotion. When everything happened on New Years, Wayne stepped his game up and became a leader.
