I don't post a whole lot in here, (I mostly read) but I am a student at UT and I just saw Chism walking around with a boot on. I don't remember him coming off the floor limping or anything. Has anyone heard anything about this?

I haven't heard anything, but I did notice at the game last night that he looked like he wasn't playing real aggressively on either end of the floor. That may very well be the reason.

Must have been injured off and on all season then.

Haha. I kind of thought I would get that. I'll clarify. Normally I notice how well Wayne can move laterally defensively during the game, and you are right that he certainly is not aggressive the whole game. But, I am always amazed at when he switches on a screen how he can keep a guard in front of him. And I didn't see it last night.

Some players wear boots just as a precaution if they tweak something. I've seen players walking around campus all the time with boots and nothing has ever come of it, but we shall see.

Agreed!

It might be just a sore ankle and Bruce does not want him stepping off in a hole or something and making it worse.

When I was in school you would see John Henderson limping around on crutches all week long, then he would dominate on Saturdays.

Second that, probably nothing that needs to be worried about...

He was running the floor like a guard last night. If he is hurt it can't be too bad lets hope.
