Fired. The question is, will it be tomorrow or the end of the season? I say Hart needs to go ahead and do it tomorrow for the following reasons:
1. He has lost the team. Not trying to score with 32 seconds and 2 timeouts left in regulation showed no confidence in his team. His team lost all confidence in him at this point is well. Would you want to play for a coach that does not play to win?
2.4-18 in SEC games. Nothing else to say here.
3. He has the worst luck of any coach ever. Some people have luck, some don't .
4. Recruits need to know we are going to hire a new coach. Otherwise, they're going to start looking around
Because they do not want to play for a loser.
5. We need to start searching for another
coach immediately since Auburn, KY will also be looking for a coach.
6. Getting rid of Dooley may enable an interim coach to rally the team the last 2 games. No way a lame duck Dooley will be able to do this.

The question is, if Dave Hart is awake, does he realize all that you said is true? If so, why hasn't he acted as of before yet?

I am sure we started looking for another long before now. Don't lose any sleep over your 5th reason.

My guess is that Hart doesn't have the guts todo it until after the season because he had a hand in hiring Sunseri.

You may be right, but he best suck it up and make the move sooner rather than later........

Knowing hart, hes probably gonna wait til after the season and possibly past the bowl games. That way all the top coaches will be hired away and he will have the perfect excuse to hire his good ole bama buddy Kirby Smart and keep us irrelevant for the next 5-10 years.

Kentucky will go after glamorized assistants...Not too worried about them...Auburn will go after a top coach most likely and they are our biggest threat to steal a good one out from under us...Of course they did hire Cheezstick and the Auburn faithful were not happy about it..So who knows what direction they go?...We need to go BIG...Got to show people We are serious.

The Lakers wasted no time letting Mike Brown go, the Eagles fired their coordinator weeks ago and will probably let Andy Reid go if they don't start winning. ESPN and other Sport shows nationally have said Auburn is going to let Chizek go after the season. Half way into November almost and we still don't have a SEC win. How do you not justify firing Dooley on Monday?
