Well, I can't say the article is wrong. Teams are good until we beat them, and then suddenly it isn't a quality win. Bama can lose to Vandy, which seems to go unnoticed or is suddenly a quality loss. They ignore the fact that WE BEAT BAMA head-to-head on the field. SMH You can say what you want but saying a 3 loss Bama has a better chance of making the playoffs, than a 2 loss TN shows they are promoting Bama. Especially when TN is one of the 3 Losses.

Another example of a want to be sports caster who knows little or nothing about the sports they have been awarded a position without earning it. Some are smart enough to be acceptable over time and some continue to wander around making uneducated statements.

I just think mostly it’s the eye test, where our offense hasn’t really totally clicked in any sec games, and offense get the popularity contest going. We got plenty of pundit vibes when Hooker was qb…but we keep winning. Also think coaches know how much value there is on championship level defense…and probably why Vols ranked higher in that poll???

I agree. But according to some here, that's not proof of bias against Tennessee. I figure the deniers are just as Bama drunk as ESPN.

South Carolina is 6-3 and has Mizz and Clemosn.

Mizzou has South Carolina and Ark.

One or both could end up out of the rankings when all is said and done.

Still alot of football to be played.

Bama destroyed LSU at night in Death Valley two days ago, and has beaten Georgia, who has essentially been a top 5 team all year. We rallied to beat Bama at home in the final minutes, and outside of that we have zero quality wins, along with a loss to a 5-4 Arkansas team.

As I said in another thread, beat Georgia and we’ll be ranked in the top 3 and be the team everyone is talking about. Right now, Bama is more impressive in the eyes of many because of what they just did.

How do you know she hasn't earned it? She works her ass off and knows probably at least as much as you

The players would never agree to it, but I wish they would. Win out, when the playoff people coming call, tell them FORK YOU! Take our free-spending, fun-loving, and very entertaining fanbase to some other bowl. I bet they'd think fifty times before blowing snot at us in the future.

They won't be ranked above us tomorrow because we haven't lost, although they will have a significant jump as they did in the AP poll. Now, if/when we lose Saturday, they will certainly be ahead of us next week, and I don't think we will be able to overtake them unless they lose again. The timing for us simply sucks.
