We are a better football team today than we were in the 1st half Sat. and here is why

I agree that the second half was a nice learning experience and that it helped build for the future. Also agree that this is a trend under Butch Jones and is 100% different than what it was with Dooley.

With the exception of South Alabama and maybe Florida, we have generally done better in the second half (against Oregon I would limit this to the 4th quarter). And I blame SOLA on the picks, not the coaching.

It's great to see...going forward, it seems we will be making some good adjustments at the half.

As for the Worley-Dobbs thing...based on what I saw, Dobbs seems to have much greater potential and even seems to have much greater poise than Worley at this point.

Going forward, would not mind if Dobbs starts but I am not ready to cut Worley completely loose yet. If Dobbs struggles I would still put Worley back in.

Maybe Riley gets a shot at some point, but in spite of his below average overall performance Worley made some key plays in pressure situations vs USCe and Uga both and IMO can still help us if necessary.

But who knows what Butch will do, or even at this point if Worley's thumb is healed. If he is still injured, then go 100% with Dobbs and bring in Riley if Dobbs gets hurt or really stinks it up.
