We are winning the midweek games now

Last I checked - you are judged by the weekend games. No offence but we have barely won some of the mid week games and got the dog shirt beat out of us twice last weekend. I am going to hold off celebrating the improvement till I see it with my own eyes - and I will be looking at the weekends games not the midweeks.

It's a step in the right direction. We won 8 conference games last year and 7 the year before that. If we can match that or even improve on it, win 10 sec games AND then win the non conference games, it will have been a better year than last year with pretty much every single player returning for next year. I am not saying we have arrived, it's about showing progress with an incredibly inexperienced team.

I think you can judge improvement by looking at both. This team will already have 3 SEC wins through its first two series after this weekend with Mizzou so hopefully they will continue to improve upon last year.

Last I checked, the point of the thread was showing improvement. Nobody said it meant we arrived, it means we're improving. We didn't win the midweek games last year and we sure as heck didn't under Raleigh.

But we'll wait until you tell us we can celebrate.
