We have a Chance to Win the Rest of our Games.

If they play like they did yesterday, then 8 wins is possible. 6 wins is more probable.

We play the rest of the season like we did last night and I only see one more loss.

I'm very proud of our boys. Very proud.

CBJ opened the play book last night too. Im happy with him as well.

The play calling in the second half was fantastic.

It was a great effort, but lets not go overboard here. We're still outmanned in most of our games ahead.

He outplayed the best qb in the nation. And he played better in a big time game than Bray ever has.

The best qb in the nation doesn't even play in the sec...and why would you even compare him to bray? He will never be the qb that tyler bray was or is! He had a decent game yesterday with no turnovers and still couldn't do enough to win...we will not win a game wer not supposed to win with him at qb!!!

A decent game with no turnovers against a ranked team? I would have loved to have seen that from Bray.

And if Murray's not the best, then who is?

The only team I think we don't have a good chance at is bama. If Tenn plays like it did yesterday the rest of the games are very winnable and maybe give bama a run.

This. I am fired up to see us play that way but at one point does a Tennessee team capitalize on an opportunity? I think anyone pregame would say a 3 point loss would be a great showing but once you're in that situation you have to get it done. In reality, it is another loss despite having every opportunity to pull a huge upset. I am proud to be a vol fan today, but it is amazing the ways we have managed to lose in the last few years.

It was the best Tennessee has played in years.

Going forward, can they play that way consistently or was it a once in a season performance?

The good news is to see that they have that kind of performance in them, which until yesterday, had not been seen from that group

If Worley doesn't play

Uncalled for. He played very well during the second half yesterday and took huge steps in developing into a good QB. After yesterdays game, any VOL fan should be positive about the future. In other words, zip the lip and crawl back into you hole.

Stop with the Bray love, I was sick of his big game failures at the end of the game, his I do not care body language. At least with Worley he is a leader, that is intense the whole game. How do you think Bray would have done with all these new receivers?

And if Murray's not the best, then who is?[/QU So he has one decent game and that makes him better than bray who is in the nfl now? Im jus saying you can get your hopes up with Worley if you want but that kid is no D1 qb and will continue to lose games against sec competition...I don't blame Worley bc its not his fault he cant get the job done, I blame the coaches for not getting the freshmen ready to play...and murray isn't even the best qb in the sec let alone the country

I think only about the next game versus South Carolina. This is a game we can win with the same effort we gave today. We need that game and we need the team to come out and take SC down in Knoxville in two weeks.

So all it takes is losing again for you to think that he is the future of this football team? Whats uncalled for is not having a freshman ready to go! Worley was throwing over receivers all day and not seeing the ones that wer wide open...and you think that is developing into a good qb? WOW!!

Worley is 6 games in now and playing with mostly freshman receivers.
By end of season he could be at least an average D1 QB, maybe better. Really depends on how much help he gets from the guys catching the ball.

I agree with this completely. Its all up to the team now how they wanna react after a hard fought loss. Will they play hungry and with a chip on their shoulder? Or will they hang their heads and feel sorry for themselves? IMHO CBJ will have this team fired up and believing in themselves like we haven't seen in far too many years. They will be hungry and play with a point to prove. The rise to the top took a huge step in the right direction yesterday. Progress in the process. Brick by brick. Go Vols

Are you caught in a time warp from last week? Worley played a great game yesterday and is improving week by week.
