i think the only reason meline is a 3* is because he got hurt last year, could be wrong about that injury though...

but he said "Coach Gran has been recruiting me since I was a sophomore" which means that he hasn't been overlooked

also, per scout "While Meline is listed as a wide receiver, according to Meline the Vols are recruiting him as an athlete."

he is a 6'3 athlete with sub 4.5 speed. you take guys like him all day and put him where he's needed.

he could be a WR or DB. he actually wants to try safety.

It has been confirmed. Rob Lewis talked to a family member who confirmed that Cobbs committed. They are trying to get Cobbs on the phone, but he is ALL VOL!!!
