We have a better record than most predicted at this point. Bama took us to the shed today, exploited our youth and lack of talent and depth in every aspect of the game. None of us know what to expect from here because we don't even know who our QB is, and if it is Dobbs how prepared is he? I believe this though, this team will fight and tomorrow it's back to work to get better. The goal was 6 wins and a bowl, and secure a top recruiting class. Those goals are well within reach. Don't panic. Join us in filling Neyland and helping this team with at least a true homefield advantage.

This is not volnation just a selected few of drunk whiners trolls or band wagon fans. About 10% on this board! that cause 70% of the dysfunction.

Look we lost today. Got beat by a machine with loads of talent...totally outmanned.nobody only a few predicted an upset on this board.

We had a lot of young mistakes on defense, with the WRs in route running and catching the ball. It is called growing pains.

Alabama is Physical and so is MO. Most of the SeC tms are but we will get there....two games we go to a bowl. We win 3 of the last 4 at least. Marked the las 4 as wins and think we can pull it off now with Dobbs and Ferguson.. Got cry in your milk OP or have another drink and think about it. Better yet just have another drink and say nothing.

Don't tell people the earth revolves around the sun or they will want to burn you at the stake. The truth is hard to take, but it is still the truth. After watching the Gamecocks tonight in the first half, beating them may not mean we are even marginally better. Today was BAD. To me the team did not look prepared. I am angry and disappointed- I didn't expect to win , but today was horrible, outclassed, outplayed, outmanned, and yeah- Im gonna say it----OUTCOACHED

I want to thank Butch and the team for their effort and play today. To only lose by 5 touchdowns- well, what a supreme effort. A moral victory for sure. All we need to do is replace Bama with Eastern Ky on the schedule each year and things will be fine.

that doesn't make what i previously said less true. we were outclassed in every aspect of the game to the point where it is impossible to say how relevant coaching was.

No one should be surprised by the results of today's game. Of course it is disappointing, but if you are paying attention you can see that the team is better this year than last and is playing more disciplined and focused football which indicates progress.

They can beat Auburn, Kentucky and Vandy. Mizzou is playing really well and is much more athletic this year than from I recall from last year. Not sure if it is recruiting or their base players properly adjusting to the SEC level of play. If we can beat them, it would be an upset.

Beating Auburn would be the second signature win for the season and will give the boost needed to sustain and even improve recruiting.

Stay strong fellow Vol fans, better times are ahead.

The earth around the sun is scientific fact . What happens in our next 4 games is speculation on the part of whoever is talking.

An unranked team was beaten soundly by the consensus #1 team in the country today ...a team that is on the cusp of the most successful dynasty in history. It happened earlier in the season against the #2 team.

What you should draw from this is that those two teams are really that good and that we are not that good yet.

The good news if we have won 1 game we were not supposed to , competed in one that was not supposed to be close , and have 4 games in front of that that we could win . I am ( speculating ) thinking we can win 2 of those games.

We are , based on fact , making improvement!

Now that Dobbs has shown his worth and his red shirt is burned, another week of chemistry with the receivers will be nothing but improvement. He has a ridiculously high ceiling.

SC beat Mizzou and if history tells us anything with Mizzou, they will implode now...I am not guaranteeing a win by no means...but, it is within our grasp...Mizzou is not Bama...also, the Barners will be coming HERE, so that is definately in our favor...Vandy is Vandy again...we beat them and Kentucky for sure...so we have a chance at least to run the table...Let's hope Butch can Restore our November Dominance again...

I'm hoping Dobbs is the starter too. But how many passes did Worley drop yesterday? How many tackles did he miss on D? How many tackles did he miss on special teams? How many times did he get stoned by a young, fairly inexperienced Bama OL while trying to get pressure on McCarron.

Worley was a reason we lost yesterday but he was far from THE reason.
