UCF signee Jose Jose arrested on assault, concealed weapons charges - OrlandoSentinel.com

UCF signee Jose Jose, a standout lineman at Miami Central High School, was arrested Friday, according to Dade County court records.

Jose was charged with carrying a concealed firearm and aggravated assault with a firearm. He was booked in the Dade County jail at 7:47 a.m. Friday. He faces a $12,500 bond and has not been released. No other court records or details about the arrest were available Friday afternoon

dodged a bullet is right...who knows what goes through an 18 year old kids mind...if UCF dismisses the kid, maybe "X" at USuCk will recruit...lol...go VOLS!

Well X recruited the kid here but the kid dropped out and went to Miami. So he had him at once

Just shows you never know when these kids...hope he doesn't let this ruin his life, but this is not a good time for this to happen.

I am sure Skip Holtz would never tolerate this stuff! haha.

Exactly why you need Coaches that are good role models. A lot of these young kids have not had any parental guidance.

Sounds like a real weapons charge. The guy actually USED one to assault another human. He did not just have one in his car (aka Tyler Smith), which is protected by the Constitution and eroded by failed / corrupt politicians / judges. Oh well.

If he was in a strict gun law state like New York he would be looking at prison time like Plaxico Burris but Florida is not so strict like N.Y. so if he has a previous clean record he is probably looking at only pre-trial div. program and probation only.
