I am tired of his misses from 3 feet away also. But there is something to be said for the layup and dunk drills the Dawgs and Dores have put on us the last two games. The sky is not falling...yet...but something has to happen soon or we are looking at a 8 seed one and done.

I still think we are a sweet 16 team right now. If we can get there maybe our perimeter game will magically show up and do a little damage come March.

Williams is terrible, it would not bother me if he was never brought back.

I think we are a tourney team, I don't think we are sweet 16 caliber

He might not be that great, but having him back would keep Pearl on the bench and that is all I really want.

Take your pick..... Williams or Pearl? Would you like to see Woolridge guarding Patrick Patterson when Kenny Hall is in foul trouble or would you rather see Brian Williams guarding him?

He wouldn't have to touch the ball exept during a rebound. We need a goon in there if for nothing else.

Doug Roth, where art thou? Kidding...but he is one of my all time favorites. I have been looking for a pic of his double bird in LSU but can't find one. Anybody?

?????

If we can't beat a 9 seed, then we are not a sweet sixteen team.....

Neither, all of these options suck. Hall is the best option by far. He just has to play smart and stay out of foul trouble, I don't want to see Williams out there missing point blank wide open layups anymore. He is soft, dumb and a terrible player.

Soft and dumb yes. But nobody here can't say he is not a big body, 5 fouls, a rebounder and has the ability to either block or affect shots in the paint. All things we need right now in the worst way.

The fact that we are even coming to the conclusion that getting Williams back is a big positive should tell us all we need to know about this team right now.

I think addition by subtraction works with TS as far as our offense. But as much as I hate to say it also, again, we need Williams back if for nothing else a big body, fouls, rebounding and shot blocking. But you are right, it does say a lot.

Kenny Hall will be a star here hopefully but he is not ready this year to be our big man. Next year young grasshopper.

I think Harris and Hall will be one hell of an inside force over the next few years.

Williams is nothing more than an extra 5 fouls. He's awful

We needed a few of those William's fouls and one less Hopson and Hall foul last night. For all his faults he is a much, much better rebounder than Pearl. I am also pretty sure that blindfolded he could hit a higher percentage of free throws. He would have helped bang against Vandy, who was very physical for a Vandy team.

i wonder how Jurick feels right now. he would be getting plenty of minutes right now

Williams is not going to help the team whether he plays or not. I see him all the time and I swear he's high all the time. How often are these guys drug tested?

williams is not that bad, he would actually help UT out a little bit because he is another big body down there that can get rebounds and take up fouls

We need Williams back.

We need a third big man down low. I realize he's not that good, but he is a big body, he's 5 fouls, and he can rebound and alter shots.

I REALLY wish we had Negedu. If we had time we'd be sitting pretty.

And to whoever said it - yes, Hall is going to be a beast, he's just not there yet.

It's hard defending the status quo when Pearl is getting plenty of playing time.

Williams can contribute, but I'd like to see him get the ball less than he was getting it in December.

Williams must have some bigtime issues or you would have thought he would have come back with the other 2 dumba_ _ players when they returned

This is the worst thread I have ever read...EPIC FAIL!!! Williams is a sorry excuse for a basketball player. I'm surprised he doesn't miss his seat on the bench when he tries to sit down....GEEZ...
