Anyone watch this show?

Just watched the episode from Monday. Crazy.

This is one of the crazier shows on tv. Nancy is a trick.

+1 But I didn't mind seeing her being taken care of in the bar by Zack Morris.

lol.

I agree that the show has gradually gotten worse but some of the cliff hangers are still solid.

Andy holding the baby naked while child service was waiting outside the door and the black maid was attacking Nancy. - End scene til next week.

or

Nancy and Andy had just gotten clippings to make hash. As soon as they walk out the door, cops were standing outside waiting for them. - End scene til next week.

or

Most recently... Silas finds out Lars is his father and right before Nancy leaves, she runs into Guillermo and Esteban. - End scene til next week.

The show definitely isn't as good as the first couple of seasons and it's gotten really outlandish. It's still fairly intriguing imo.

I must have missed something, because I don't remember this... Maybe I'm a week behind.

The show has gradually had less involving weed this season....

EDIT: Yeah... definitely a week behind. TVDuck.com doesn't have Monday's episode 12.... WOW.

Anywhere you can watch it that's PS3 friendly? Too lazy to prop the TV off the wall to plug in the laptop, though it would probably be better quality :)

I still like it.

And how could it fall off quicker than Entourage? Entourage was always garbage. Just a bunch of tools looking for ass in Los Angeles. Jeremy Piven is about the biggest douche bag there is imo. The whole cast for that matter. Adrian Greiner has crotch rot and Jeremy Piven is a cheapskate

“We were kissing and stuff and then I went down like I was going to go down on him and he’s uncut just fyi, and hairy, but the worst part was the…the SMELL. It was like he hadn’t showered in days, and that’s just not polite to let a girl go down on you when YOU KNOW you didn’t take a shower and he’s uncut! So I look up at him, you know I pause, and he looks down at me with that smile he does on the show, sort of like “Suck it up”.

“Piven was asked never to return to Matsuhisa in Aspen by a manager. He came in with a large group of 12 or more without reservations and asked for a table. It was a very busy night, but a table, although cramped, was provided. On his way out, he made a nasty comment to the manager: ‘Thanks for nothing.’ He left a DVD of the first year of ‘Entourage’ to one of the waiters. [An employee] ran up the stairs and hurled it at him as he was leaving.”

Wasn't high on the first two episodes of the season but I actually think it ended up being pretty good. Unfortunately, I think the season finale may have been the series finale.

So, just a heads up for anyone who has gotten behind and plans on catching up... the show might be over. They haven't confirmed a season 8 and I don't know how they'd spin the story for another season. I think it's done :(

I thought they were advertising this as the last season before it even started

Really? I always watch it online so I couldn't tell ya. Just looked it up and there are articles talking about a potential season 8. So, I don't know.

Part of me thinks it would be a good way for the show to end but another part of me wants another season because there are a lot of unanswered questions. There was some closure but there are far more questions than answers.

I think I posted this in the Californication thread a while back but, at least with that show, Showtime had them approach each season that way. Apparently when they started to film a season they had no clue whether or not there would be another one so they wrote each finale as something that could double as either a season or a series finale.

When Weeds first started I think it was really popular so I don't know if that was the case for it as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were given the same approach that least few seasons as the popularity slipped.

The first 3 seasons are great then it slowly starts to get worse and worse. I can't quite place when the characters just stopped being likable. Nancy went from being a suburban widow doing what she had to do to just.... a slut who can't make a good decision on anything.

Admittedly the clif hangers are the only thing that keep me interested enough from episode to episode.I haven't finished season 8 yet. I got about 6 eps in and just quit. First season I didn't finish in a matter of days once it hit Netflix.
