Joe Milton is a leader!!! He will improve every week! Listening to CJH on Vol Calls and his press conferences makes me believe he has something up his sleeve! He knows this squad is special and they're going to do great things! The defense is hungry! The run game is stacked! Get ready for a special season! It's coming!!!

Something that surprised me during the off-season was when Josh Heupel said, “We’re going to play elite defense.” I’ve really never heard him speak like that. He’s usually confident in his speech, but doesn’t use strong words such as “elite” to describe the team. He rarely speaks definitively and talks more about the goals they have or what they need to work on. So when I heard that come out of HIS mouth, I was shocked.

For the record, I don’t mean he doesn’t speak well about the team and isn’t confident. Just saying he is more open ended and almost secretive with his use of words.

Yeah I just feel like he knows something! I believe we're gonna be hell in the SEC this year!

Hooker had an average first 2-3 weeks last year. Didn’t light it up until FLA game and beyond so who knows

I remember something from back during either spring or fall practices, that Tennessee ran a play that apparently was a new wrinkle in his offense. After the play Heupel told the sportswriters that they couldn't put the play in their stories. I'm guessing he will unleash that beast next week against the gators.
