Vols sweep -Annie Aldrete has another big HR -- I just read her bio - I was kind of guessing she was related to Mike Aldrete -- ST Louis Cardinals bench coach and former MLB player. All the pressure in the world is now on Ellen R - can she pitch every game from here on out ?

Good sweep. I'm curious to know why Gabriel never pitches more than 2 innings. I wonder if it is a physical issue that the coaches are being cautious about, or not? I wish one of the media members covering the team would ask, as it is a little strange.

The SEC tourney doesnt really matter...and Ellen will not pitch every game from here on out...will she make appearances in save ops sure but she won't pitch every game

That was my guessing too - It takes up to a full year to 16 months, to recover 100% from that type of surgery.

It seems Ralph is always quick to jerk her. I have always thought some of his tactics are a little weak but you really can't argue with his success and Gaffin keeps getting better and better. But, he does need to develop Gabriel more in my opinion. It looks like the young Renfroe is swinging the bat better. I'd like to see her get some more playing time next year. Yes and that is a good point about her hip. I suspect that does take awhile to fully recover.
