We have lots of new folks here, I suppose that will continue. I want to say welcome aboard!

This baseball forum, is very different from other VN forums, and unlike most other team forums out there. There’s all kind of people here, every walk of life, and the regular posters here have two things in common, we love college baseball and we don’t bash the players and coaches.

I am not in position to tell anyone what to post or not post. It’s more like a request. Sure, there’s some rules, sticky-ed at the top of the forum. I don’t really look at them as rules, it’s just etiquette or decency or good manners, take your pick. If you’re new here, please read that thread, you’ll love this place, you’ll eventually get the dumb inside jokes, this place is fun!!!

For the families, friends of players or coaches…Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing the info you can, and we understand there are things you can post and there’s things you cannot. The game day threads can get negative quickly, that’s gonna happen from time to time, but that’s not indicative of what this place is about.

Well said 66!!! It’s a great place to hang out, especially the game threads if you can’t be at the game. Lots of fun to be had and for the most part all the guys and gals here keep it positive. Nothing wrong with criticism here and now as long as it doesn’t get personal. Personally, I hope this forum grows and more folks get involved, college baseball may not be for all however I can watch it all day….and have.

Not a big fan of Vandy fans and the parents in general. Last year during the season series against Vandy I was sitting near some of their parents, a few were complete “elite asses”. I’m sure a few are fine folks but the ones near me about got punched by a guy in front of me.

Lol! My nephew is currently in grad school there, after graduating from Tennessee, he’s a smart kid, he knows better than to wear that gear around me. We have a couple VU posters here that seem okay.
