I could see NC State but why Clemson? Between a second Tennessee school(Vanderbilt) that adds nothing to football/revenue and two Mississippi schools(1 seems bad enough :p), I'm not sure we need a second South Carolina school. Virginia Tech seems more logical than Clemson imo. If the conference chooses to add a team from a state that's already covered, preferably it would be FSU.

I do think I'd rather have NC State over North Carolina and Duke though. Especially Duke.

Already too many expansions. Conferences are screwed up enough as is. At least the Big East anyways. Can't believe the 4 remaining WAC teams or whatever it is are going to be allowed to bring up a bunch of garbage teams to keep the conference in tact. Conference will be baaaaaad.

I was being sarcastic. But in all honesty, I'd rather have Clemson in the SEC over South Carolina.

But...if the time of the super conferences arrives years down the road.I would hope our last two additions would be Va Tech and NC State.

I'm not sure what you're talking about here...theWAC has a bunch of 1 year members that joined but they're almost all leaving after a season of play


Unless something changed in the last month, the only ones without a place to go (/who will still be in the WAC in football) are Idaho and New Mexico St...and those two likely will have to drop down to FCS level

IMHO A&M should change mascots so we will have 3 Bulldogs in conference to match the 3 Tigers.
