I joined the VASF today. It was a major blow to my bank account, but I should be in line for four season tickets this year. We're moving back to Knoxville later this year, so we felt it was a good idea to go ahead and sign up. I can't wait to get my tickets.

How many of the good folks on here are VASF members? I'd guess pretty near everyone.

Long time reader, first time poster here. I look forward to many productive, useful posts.

Welcome to the board and congrats on your newest purchase. I have the feeling that you won't regret it. Unless you have witness SC and Vandy beating us at home again. :biggrin2:

I don't think any home loss ever hurt like Florida in 2000 when Jabar Gaffney made the "Ghost Catch". I was a student at UT then and I was about 10 rows behind the Vol bench at about the 45 yard line.

Your VolNation membership will be just as addictive, but not nearly as expensive!

Welcome to the Nation.... :hi:

Down with the VASF. It is a heck of a lot cheaper to scalp tickets.

Yeah. Let's rip the people who pay for the facilities, coaches, and everything else in the athletic department.

Do you siphon gas from your neighbors too?

The UTAD is completely self-funded. This helps us have the ability to put on the games that you scalp tickets to. Pick the correct battle.

My wife will divorce me if that's true. She already gets pretty darn irate over my posting on other message boards.

Welcome to the board.

I am a proud member and supporter of the VASF.

Patrick, you should be ashamed. It's about more than just cheap tickets.

I ride here around Lexington for now. Mostly at Earlywine's Indoor (www.earlywineracing.com), some at Daniel Boone (www.danielboonemx.net), and occasionally at D-Track (www.dtrackmotocross.com). I can't wait to move back to east Tennessee, where all the really great tracks like Muddy Creek, I-81, and I-40 are. I used to live in Morristown, TN and there were 8 tracks within about an hour drive of my house. I really miss that. Will be moving back to Knoxville in May.

And I ride an '05 Yamaha YZ250 two stroke. Long live the two stroke!
