and the only thing i know for sure is that the Patriots, Colts and Cowboys are post season bound.

everyone else is a mess.

the NFC south is a joke. if the bucs don't win the division it will take a craptacular performance for it not to happen.

the NFC West...does anyone want to win that division? kind of like the Bucs in the South, the Seahawks should win it. if the Cards can get their act together and finish some games, they'll challenge. the 9'ers aren't there yet and the rams suck.

the nfc east...the cowboys are the odds on favorite, but this division has turned out to be probably the best in football, competitively speaking. the Giants have turned it around nicely, the redskins can play with anyone, when they want to and eagles while the record doesn't show it, are capable.

the NFC North....Green Bay and MInnesota and DEtroit? Detroit? this division will likely come right down to the end, and i'll just go with the Pack cause of BF. but i wont' be surprised if any of those three win it.

in the AFC.....
the AFC north may be the worst division in football. the Browns suck. the Bungles continue to be the BUngles and the ravens just have ZERO offense. and i'll try not to be a homer here and say that the Steelers are just inconsistent, and the defense is overrrated. Steelers should win it...will they?

the AFC south will give the NFC a run for it's money as best division in the NFL. all four teams are good, with Indy leading the way. INdy i still think gets the nod, but they may get their first loss tonight against the JAgs.

the AFC East.......New England. there's nothing else to say about this division.

the AFC West.....KC is not very good, Oak is not there yet. SD is struggling. Den has strugglled, but if last night is any indication, they may have righted the ship. i say Den or SD still wins it.

and in the end...it's New England vs. someone from the NFC in the superbowl. might as well put the NFC team names in a hat and draw one and go play. New England wins it all.

We haven't seen Indy full strength in 3 weeks, and they get NE at home. There's still a lot of time to determine the AFC fave: we need to wait until Ne vs. Indy to crown the Super Bowl winner.

no we don't. The Pats are doing what the Colts did a couple of years ago, and they're doing it better than they did.

not only are you going to have Tom Brady obliterate the TD record, they also have a stud defense and a coach won't tolerate anything but beating everyone they play.

i don't like it.....so don't get me wrong, but i'm not blind to what they are doing right now. will they lose? yes, at some point they will. but for now, i'll pick the team that's averaging 35+ points a game and only giving up like 18 or something.....it's just sick what they are doing right now.

i have to like our chances against the Cincy D, but having said that i'm pretty sure Carson and co. are licking their chops to get to the Steelers' secondary.

losing this game would be a huge disappointment for the Steelers and will go a long way in telling us if this team is for real or not.

We don't have as hard of a schedule from here out so this game isnt the end for us.
Although its the Steelers so you obviously want to win.
Should be a good one. If this game was two week later it would be even better for us as we get Henry back.

it didn't hurt the Broncos last night to not have Jevon Walker......so i wouldn't worry too much.

i don't think so. i don't like it. but the pats are on another level than any other team right now, including the colts.

The Pats haven't really been tested this year. Dallas was a pretty ugly 4-0 (5-0?) team when they met but they have been the most competition for NE so far this season.

NE's receiver core could make Trent Dilfer look like the second coming of Joe Montana.

The Pats certainly aren't doing it with smoke and mirrors, but they've had a cupcake schedule so far.

ok, when you say cupcake schedule, keep in mind, this is the NFL, there are no WAC teams or MEAC teams to choose from.

i wont' defend the AFC East, so don't get me wrong here......but they still average 35+ points a game, against NFL defenses. and even if they are cupcakes, they've beaten everyone on their schedule like they were cupcakes, so at the very least they've done what they were supposed to do as a favorite for the super bowl.

After they beat the Colts:) will that change your mind? :p

Great win for the Colts last night.....very impressive against a team that DOMINATED them last year.

they get the hapless panthers on sunday, so it should be a match up of undefeateds in two weeks.

OWB: I just dont think they can stop Randy Moss myself. If they do shut down Moss, Brady has LOTS of other targets. I just think they have to many of those targets.

So you don't think that Taylor, Rogers, Landry and Smoot can get the job done against Moss? We'll just have to disagree there.

sounded like Gibbs went Lou Holtz in his presser yesterday......said they "were the biggest underdog in the history of sports" when asked about playing the patriots.:eek:lol:
