thats because its a rental car and since the gun was under the seat they cannot prove that previous renters of that car did not leave it there or an employee of rental company for that matter.

But the thing about the rental car is how did they get it? I'm pretty sure you have to be 25 to rent a car, and I have seen numerous basketball players around campus driving the same car. I remember Tabb used to drive it all the time before he was dismissed.

i would think something as important as a gun would not be forgotten by someone in the car previously. this must just be a really bad dream i am in.

If they are out drinking and driving, and kill you wife, kids, parents, ect..... are you going to have the same outlook? All I keep hearing from you is you want a slap on the wrist. So, if they kill your family in the process, will you still want them playing?

you can rent a car and be under 25, but you have to pay $10 extra every day.
