The late interference call I wasn’t aware of at the time and the Bru McCoy catch.

Do you realize there was two throws that Hooker overthrew that the receiver was wide open that would have been touchdowns. Those two and this would not have been a close game but the ending was storybook.
I prefer it this way. Bama fans thought they had this game at the end. Then Tennessee ripped their hope out. It was glorious and perfect.

What happened in those drives after the overthrows?

I assume one you're talking about was to Keaton. That wasn't on Hooker. Hooker threw it to the spot Keaton was supposed to be at but Keaton stumbled and wasn't where he was supposed to be. As wide open as he was when the ball was getting there, Hooker had already thrown it before he broke to that spot. It wasn't on Hendon at all.

1. Small fumble and Alabama scoop and score- how many times as a Tennessee Vols fan have we seen a play like that have a snowball effect? Next series we go down the field and score. This team has an”it” factor. They are resilient and have no quit.

2. Jalin Hyatt- 1st touchdown reception. At that moment I knew bama’s secondary couldn’t cover him. Hyatt looked like some of the Alabama receivers (Jones, Ridley, etc.) that have ran through our secondary the last 5 years. This staff can coach receivers.

Sigh, whatever happened on that one handoff.

It didn’t entirely define the game in the end (thank goodness, otherwise this would have gone down with some sort of ridiculous rivalry nickname like “Rocky Drop” or something), but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like that happen in this major of a game at a moment of that level of significance.

The long Hyatt TD when he kept his footing and ran away. The Bru catch and the knuckleball game winner are all one big play in my head
