I can't believe i just wasted the time to watch this game, just to see us jog up the court with 12 seconds left, and throw up a 3 pointer while down by four. I feel like we are the worst team ever when it comes to end game situations, and it is the most frustrating thing i have ever seen in my life.

Just seems like the story of Tennessee athletics atm

Just an all-around choke. We were especially terrible the last two minutes/OT.

I'm done with Tatum and Hall. I don't want to see their lazy asses on the floor again.

It's not just end of game situations. I'm not sure what happens during timeouts, but we are horrible out of timeouts.

It isn't even the loss. It's the fact that they are jogging up the court with 12 seconds left! no sense of urgency whatsoever.... did they not understand the situation or did they just not give a ****?

Why are you surprised? This team is lazy with no identity.

I'm not surprised. I'm angry. I put the homework down to watch knowing i'd end up being up til 2 if i did so, and that was what i had to watch at the end? It's infuriating.

Golden looked lost...12 seconds...and he goes half speed. Then he tries some stupid s*** and passes to a player almost outa bounds...

Shh don't say anything about Golden he does no wrong. He's the greatest player ever.

If you think this team is bad now, we would be 10x worse without Golden. He's a sophomore playing a position that is not his best position. Yeah, he makes bad plays at the end of games, and yeah, dribbling and decision making aren't his strong points, but he is still our most consistent scorer and our best option at PG right now.

I have no problem with him playing the first 35 minutes of the game. Take him out the last 5 though because he clearly has no clue what to do at the end of games. That's 3 straight games he's looked like a high schooler in clutch time.

Good post. As frustrating as Golden has been in closing out games this year, he is playing out of position by necessity. Hopefully next year he can move to shooting guard. Agree, without GOlden, we don't even stand a chance in most games.

So we take him out for the last 5 minutes and then what? Personally, I'd rather watch Golden choke than watch our guys stare at each other for 30 seconds and then throw up a desperation three every single offensive possession for the last 5 minutes. When Golden is not on the floor, our offensive is almost non-existent.

Blame it on Dooley, Rogers and Bray. Everyone else seems to think they infected the football team, might as well carry over to BBall as well. At least then I could live with the consistency.
