I am as Sick of the play-Calling as anyone, and have one small Question.

What's David Cutcliffe doing these days?

he seems to have a little free time on his hands....are we waiting on Sanders' contract to run out to re-hire Cutcliffe? anyone know how much time Sanders has left?

In case anyone has forgotten, UT faithful used to scream for Cutcliffe's head after all his Florida losses too. It goes on the HC to make the adjustments(and no, I don't want CPF gone). Fulmer was an OL and he should have put the game on their backs and in Riggs' hands. For some reason traditional UT football (the running game) goes out the window vs. the Gators every year.

And we used to scream for Fulmer's head when he was JMs OC, and Walt Harris's head before that. I guess we're just impossible to please :D

True, but we wouldn't be that way if they would just win every game. What's so hard about that?

It just means that we aren't happy just to see a team on the field. We actually got accustomed to losing before I started at UT. Remember Bowden Wyatt? He managed to get a 49 - 29 record at UT and that included a 10-1 season in 1956.

CPF has spoiled us. Anything less than a 10 win season is a disappointment. I, for one, prefer it that way.

We bitch and moan about CPF's loyalty when it comes to Sanders and either applaud or ignore it when it comes to someone like Respert. You can't have it both ways guys, and if CPF loyalty means keeping Sanders and also saving kids like Respert then I'll just get use to living with Sanders.

We can't fire our OC after only two games anyway. What a mess that would be....

what did we have -13 yards rushing in the 2nd half ??? sorry my first reply has to be so negitave but that just ant gona cut it, i kinda see this season being a mess anyways, i think the only top tear tem we will beat this year is Ga, i even think bama will beat us this year, there playing good ball, even though i dont consider vandy top tear, i think they are verry capabile of beating us this year if were not on.

Id save those stones, Atleast CPF has to look at calendar years not his watch for exp dates.

I would like to see someone who has played on a professional level or coached there brought in some assistant coach capacity, maybe qb coach or special teams. I think part of the problem is Sanders and Fulmer doent have much experience outside of UT. IT would be nice if someone with a totally different background came in here for input. Thats what TT brings to the table, along with being a great recruiter.

Make Fulmer Associate Athletic Director and let him keep his hand in recruiting, Bring in Norm Chow as Head Coach and let him be his own OC. Let Randy take a HC position at a mid major. Keep the Chief, Assistant head Coach, for obvious reasons. Buy Trooper Taylor a home in Ft. Lauderdale and allow him to only come home to Knoxville for Spring practice and football season, and then only if he has the 10 best players in Broward and Dade Counties with him....the blueprint for an eternal Vol Dynasty.
