Rutgers in 2007 season became
the first program to have
a 3,000-yard passer,
two 1,000-yard receivers
and a 2,000-yard rusher.

The RB who totaled over 2,200 yards and 25
TDs is gone but the two WRs who combined
for 15 TDs, return and the QB who threw for
3,147 yards and 20 touchdowns last season
while battling a thumb injury for most of the
season are all back for 2008.

Rutgers are offensive you ask me.

Around the NCAA is Rutgers

A good football team is Rutgers as well, keeping that NJ talent home instead of letting Penn State raid the state

I remember those monsters coming to neyland in 1979 and ruining homecoming for Us 13-7...Oh the horror....A couple of years later We played them in new jersey and were lucky to escape with our lives 7-0...Terrifying to say the least lol

Oh the horror, what a rude awakening.

I once lived in your area, Miami Springs
and Hialeah.

Long time ago though, I hear it's nothing
like it used to be now.

When I was down there the Dolphins
were loaded with ex Vol players,
used to run into some of them where
they hung out in the Springs.

I went down there in the off season not
realizing that prices quadrupled in season,
asked for a small raise which was denied
so opted to take a job back in Tennessee.

They offered me a 450% raise to stay when
I turned in my notice but I told them I
was already committed.

What a small world, two of my favorite
Vol fan friends live nearby and the missus
is a big Dolphin fan, her uncle owns a
motel just across the street from the
old Hialeah track long before I met the
couple, the last two weeks I stayed there
after giving up my apartment, I just happened
to have stayed in her uncle's place.

Yep, life's a funny funny riddle,
thank God I'm a country boy!

What is up with this poem style writing?
It takes too long to read and not exciting.

You should change your writing style today,
because it sucks and is very gay

Most will not waste time to read the post,
and mostly because you write the most

It doesn't make sense to write so long,
about as much sense as men in thongs...ewe

So take my advice with you everyday
because if not it's our dismay

to scroll past your post and down the page
it's a waste of time and a waste of age

I don't give a rats A$$ about Rutgers, but I picked them to win today. So the schmucks better not lose. :)

Me too, I'm happy to report that life
is good in this neck of the woods.

My grand daughter and my next door neighbors
great grand daughter both have their little Vol
cheer leader outfits on.

It's great to be a Vol, I congratulate all of you
for your good fortune of being Vols.

I'm also happy to report the mojo is working.
I just poured myself a wee little nip to take
the edge off before the kick off.

If they kick off and kick an on side kick then
I hope they are off sides on the kick off and
even if we don't cover the on side kick on
the kick off we can made them kick off again
and then Rogan or Creer can take it to the
house or if we do cover the on side kick on
the kick off then we can just kick buttocks
right off!!!
