Cowher or Gruden to the titans? I would love to see either one of those two. Wouldn't mind having Herman Edwards either.....

Cower - not with Adam's track record; Cower would want to draft his guys.

Gruden may take the chance, but I'd predict a rocky relationship.

0.0% I look for Bud to pick somebody with a similar demeanor to Fisher's. Not an animated guy on the sidelines. More Saban-esque.

Highly doubtful, in fact forget about it. I'm already hearing Mike Munchak, Heimdinger and Maginnis's names being as the most likely guys. Hiring from within a Bud Adams specialty.

I think there's a good chance the fans on this board that hate the Titans will be happier with the hire than those of us that like the Titans.

You had spelled McGinnis's name "Maginnis's"; as you can see that looks very similar to "Mangini"...it just registered as a spelling error so I couldn't understand why you had included Mangini on a list as "hiring from within"


I'm in no way a proponent for the guy

Dave McGinnis, not mangini. Yeah does look similar.

I don't understand why he wouldn't atleast pick up the phone and give one of them a call...If they don't want to talk, fine....But give the guys a call...

When a coach announces publicly that he's not returning this season though, it's also a way (business speak) of saying "don't call me" or "stop calling me"
