View the link below. This is a projected bowl lineup. I've already read many resources proclaiming the Outback Bowl to represent UT vs Penn St. Noticed that teams in bold have accepted a bid. Why have we not accepted or have we not been officially invited yet?

Nobody will be accepting or inviting until everybody sees who the SEC Champ is and whether the SEC gets a 2nd team into the BCS.

we haven't accepted a bid because the SEC season isn't done.. it's still up in the air... The Big Ten season is done. UT most likely gets Penn St in the OUTBACK Bowl, but we could still bump up to the Cap One or go as far down as the Music City. It will be decided Saturday night when Florida-Ark play

Oh, I understand. If Ark beats FLA, it can really screw things up for everyone. Well, sorry but there's no way I'll ever root for the Gators.

I am right there with you. I don't care about the shared revenue. I'd rather see USC or Mich. play OSU for the BCS c-ship than the Gators. What if the Gators somehow won that game? It would just make their recruiting that much better, thereby making them that much harder to beat down the road.

There is no way I will pull for the gators ... A barb-wired enema would be better than watching them play for the National Title. I do not pull for the SEC teams just because we are the SEC...it makes logical sense to want to see your conference do good but all you really care about is YOUR team and when it comes down to it...the more successful other teams in your conference are the better their recruiting will be...hints better teams in the near future for them...so...I am for the Vols and the Vols only!!! Go Vols! :rock:

I think I'm there with you on that one. Just the possibility of Florida playing for a national title makes me sick because they don't deserve it.

I was thinking about this the other day, and come to the conclusion that I would probably root for any other SEC team in their situation to make it to the title game and win it. But not Florida, I hate them too much.

It's already hard enough to have some friends that are Gator fans as it is when them edging us this year. But could you imagine them getting both the basketball and football titles within one year? We would never hear the end of it.

and we either really hate the gators or know something i don't? there's only a handful of games they go to that I see them losing
