What cancelled show would you bring back?

I just binge watched Carnivàle recently and felt a little empty since it got cancelled and never finished. So it got me thinking, if you could bring back any cancelled show what would it be?

Carnivàle would be it for me. Firefly, Dominion and Defiance would be high on my list as well.

I liked The Bridge on FX. It didn't really leave anything hanging but there was more story to tell.
