What happened during the year???

We used the Double TE set in the Cal game and it worked very well, but what happened after that?? Does anyone know?? I didn't see it used any yesterday that I can remember, and thought that is was really weird.

I'm just glad to see our coaches getting the TE's more involved in the passing game. This is something we have all wanted to see ever since Jason left, but up until now, we haven't really had the weapons we do now. I think Brad will be featured a good bit in the offense next year, and Chris has been playing well since he has been here.

Actually, Brad Cottam dropped a couple of important passes (3rd down, I think) in the Cal game. I think that's why he wasn't really used much early in the season. He had to prove again that the coaches could rely on him.

i thought it was a given UT will use the TE more next year with probably 3 WR's leaving.

i expect UT to use the TE in the majority of formations. With Coker, some play action passes to the TE would be a nice mix.
