I’ve thought about that same question and wondered if they would jettison the body into space

Intriguing. Wonder what happens when the body is exposed to direct sunlight and radiation of space. Bet it does not last long.

How long would the spacesuit last? Probably the rays get it eventually and then the gooey center

Well, I think your initial post is right in that as soon as the suit is breached, we get dehydrated human body fairly quickly. Then the radiation continues the destruction of the suit and body as it is exposed.
But on the other hand, I don’t know bupkis about it, so just conjecture.
