:disappointed: And the "Pigs" probably don't like you either. I am heading out here in about an hour to participate in a "Public Saftey Checkpoint"

I decided to stay home tonight too. I cooked a nice dinner and now we're all in the den watching Rockin' New Year's Eve.

I had tickets to a concert but it was cancelled for poor sales so I stayed in cooked some ribs and shot fireworks with a few friends who wanted to avoid the DUI checkpoints.

I am sure keeping drunks off of the road is an officer's favorite thing in the world. Some of us appreciate ringing in the New Year....alive. Thanks Crimedawg and USAF for all that you do. :yourock: :yourock: :yourock: :yourock:

I think that's a good thing USAF. Too many teens die behind the wheel nowadays.

Thanks Lex, UT and UTfan. We had a pretty good night. What is funny is you walk down the road a little ways and see all the bottles and piles of ice where people tried to get rid of things.

All in all a pretty safe night, three drunks who decided to take a ride with us.

Glad everyone was safe. Happy New Year.

And as Crimedog said, I would much rather deal with a pothead than a drunk.

Yep. I've got nothing against happy drunks but I do not want to be on the road with them.

I wasn't taking anything to heart. You were the one who said you can't stand cops And all I said was that they probably don't like you either.

But board wars are a waste of breath. Glad you had a good/safe time last night.

I saw Band of Brothers was on the history channel so I decided to watch the boxed set my wife bought me a long time ago on the new surround sound.

If you don't have a surround sound yet.....get one.

The first movie you have to watch is Top Gun.

Even though I do not like NASCAR very much my favorite surround flic is Days of Thunder. It really brings the subwoofer into the mix. Is Robbins AFB in Warner Robbins or Atlanta? I get them confused.

Warner Robins, just south of crime ridden Macon.

Wouldn't it be sweet if they made some good Bacon in Macon. I would buy a product called Macon Bacon over anything else.

I spent 7 years at Mercer. I only went to Warner Robbins a few times. I saw a couple of big air shows there and wnet once to see the space shuttle piggybacked on an airplane. I had a lot of buddies whio liked going to the Cafe Risque (I think that is what it was called). I always thought it was kind of weird to order a cheeseburger and then get a lap dance.

When I lived there they had a hockey team called Macon Whoopee. Not sure if it is still there.
