What is the latest info on recruits and juniors declaring for the draft?

I havent had time to look at much lately. Any good info out there on our recruiting situation? How do the recruits feel about Jones and his staff? Looks like this board says Hunter and Bray will declare eligible for the draft. I'm sure Patterson will, but I thought Hunter and Bray would need another year to really get their stock up to go first round. What are the rumors?

Hunter will go first round, if he declares. There was a rumor saying he was declaring, but I don't think it has been confirmed officially yet.

I don't know about the other 2, but if Bray declares I see him going in the 3-4 round range. CP may sneak in the first round, but probably end up in the second.

As far as recruits, looks like most are receptive to Jones. He is going out and visiting some of the big recruits we are in on. He has dropped a few that we have had committed, starting to hear some names of some recruits that we weren't in on before. Couple that were high on Auburns radar, one that was actually committed but has since started looking at us. Helps that we have 2 of their coaches.

Yeah, Ive seen his immaturity at times. Thats another reason to stay. Maybe those close to him will talk some sense into him, because he definitely has the skill set to play next level. This will be a good test for our new coach. Can he convince these juniors to stay and help him rebuild this program?

Hunter= 2nd ROund. He should def stay.
CP= 1st rounder. No reason for him to stay at all sadly.
Bray = 3-4 Rounder. Def needs to stay.

The way the draft has played out the last couple of years, they should not go by the so called experts. Most of the players that has been projected the first couple rounds have fallen two or three rounds. I see Bray slipping into the late 4th or 5th round. Hunter and Bray into the late 2nd or 3rd. They are really talented, but still young and not developed enough in routes and reading the defense. Another year will do them well.

Looks like most sites have CP going high first round. I know he's athletic but his defense recognition and route running seemed suspect at best. I saw him cause at least 3 interceptions by not knowing he was hot. Thought Hunter would be higher than CP, but apparently he's not. Most have him 2nd round.

You can't teach the crazy talent CP has. Coaches in the NFL can teach him route running.

Lol. He looked like he was playing in the backyard with some of those crazy runs. He didnt even look that fast, but he ran away from alot of good DBs and safeties. He's definitely exciting to watch.

I have no links to some soothsayer and therefore I have no credibility. However, I think (THINK) that Patterson is gone. Hunter is probably 9 10ths gone. Bray is the one that probably should go. He needs development work to succeed in the NFL. Right now his stock is higher than it will be after carrying the clipboard next season in the SEC. He can do that in the NFL and get paid to do it.

I believe CP is gone. Really no reason for him to come back with his level of play.
Hunter should stay another year, he had a bad year and I think his draft stock could rise. Although I heard he had a kid? So he may need money and just declare.
Bray should definitely stay another year, but wouldn't be surprised to see him declare.

But whatever happens..Go Big Orange!

I saw a mock draft board and it had Hunter going to Miami in the 1st round.

It also had Dallas Thomas going to Green Bay in the 2nd round.

I did not see a projection on Rivera, Zack Rogers, C.P., Bray or Lathers

Let them leave really what have they done while they have been here nothing to justify another year. They have underachieved and bray sometimes I wonder if he even wants to be here. Lets start fresh with new staff and move forward! Go vols

While he does have a kid, so does Mo Couch and he has already said hes coming back. I would understand why Justin would leave now though. Bray should declare because if he doesnt and doesnt produce when it matters next year Peterman will be right there waiting

Would be nice to have them back, but Im betting they are all three gone. New system next year, new staff and what ever the deal is we know that all three have decent to great draft status now. Not sure I would risk hurting it or myself for that matter. I mean no one will forget Hunters injury or Lattimore this year. They are already a memory...we need the O line to come back and be dominant for sure! GBO!
