Well, here is one I would find interesting because you can often tell a lot about someone by the kind of dog they have. However, I would have to leave that up to everyone else to comment on.

I have a boxer and his name is Rembrandt.

He is a big boy and one of the most beautiful boxers I have ever seen. And I don't really think I am prejudiced about that. He is just an awesome boxer.

What you got? Isn't it great?!

I had a Yorkie named Poppy, who could "speak" , rollover, sit, jump through a hoop and fetch. I cannot bear to replace her.

We used to have Shetland Sheepdog named Elmo. He eventually got put to sleep, as is the way of things, and we can't get a dog again as my brother is very allergic to dogs. Although a friend of mine has a dog that I like to consider somewhat my own as well, as I take care of him, too. He is a German Shepard Rotweiler mix named Jake.

Could the Yorkie also spell?

I've got a Catahoula Leopard Dog. The state dog of Louisiana. They are a beautiful and intelligent breed. They can be anywhere from 2 tone with some spots to full blown leopard spotting in many colors. Merle is the popular spotted coat. Mine Chocolate and Tan with black spotting visible in the body. He has two cracked marble eyes that vary from yellow to green. Originally a working dog for hogs and cows, they are very adept to learning really anything: hunting, children (play & protect), territorial (mostly potty on the edge of the yard after you train them their zone), search and rescue training is becoming popular with them. Mine is about 75 lbs. They have their own registration and bloodline. They refuse AKA. The true bloodline is a mix of several generations of like Mastiff, greyhound, red wolf, and beauceron. The picture is not my dog, but is one of many color variations that come out.
