1. The fact that our road to the NC is so much harder for us in the SEC.
2. The name Kelin Winslow
3. Our lack of success with the Gators
4.The WV cocky type teams with no schedule
5. Not winning it all with Manning

1. I'd rather the Vols play in the SEC than any other conference.
2. UT won that game so I could care less what the f'n soldier has to say.
3. Fulmer's fault.
4. Not my problem.
5. Fulmer's fault again.

WV kicked the SEC champs a$$ last year, therefore I have no problem with them being ranked high.

who would wvu beat in the SEC? right now i'd take them over:
Vandy
Miss St
Ole Miss
UK
UGA
USC
Bama

And they would at least compete with everyone else. Their speed on D is scary and their offensive weapons are possibly even scarier. I predict after tonight, Slayton becomes a lock to get an invite to NY in December.

I wouldnt take it that far. They had a good start on them, but if UGA had 3 more mins they would have won. So I wouldnt say they kicked their A$$

1. Agree with not winning with Manning
2. Agree withproblems with Gators
3. Sometimes being in the toughest conference in America. Although other times I love it.

The key words in that statement being "last year." What happened last year shouldn't be taken into account in the polls for this year.

The fact is that WVU, Louisville, Boise State, and Rutgers play nobody worth talking about, so they go undefeated. I hope WVU or Louisville does go to the NC game, so when they get beaten like a red-headed stepchild, I can say, "I told you so."

I think that WVU will beat Louisville, then hopefully Rutgers will beat WVU and we wont have to worry about all this talk about 3 schools that probably shouldnt even be in the top 10.

Honestly, none of the above makes me angry.

The things that anger me have little to do with the on the field type issues...

-"Fans" who only wish to tear down the school they profess to support.

-Student athletes who blow real chances at lifelong success, because they think themselves entitled to the opportunities before them...

-Intolerance and beligerance toward opposing fans who came because they love their school as much as we love ours...

-Boosters who believe the college game their own personal playground...and act as though the money they provide sets them above the lifelong fan who never could afford season tickets, let alone a sky box...

-The heights to which coverage of what comes out of a twelfth grader's mouth in January have risen with the advent of this computer I'm staring at right now.

I'll step off the box now....

hillbilly i'd still like an answer to my question. You blame fulmer for our lack of winning it all w/ manning. yet manning still hasn't won anything in the NFL and i wanted to know who was to blame for that. Fulmer led Clausen to two victories over Florida (and what should have been a third)... so how did he manage that?

well, there's part of my argument. Fulmer has shown excitement and emotion on the sidelines this year. He threw his hat on a bad ball spot, chewed out ainge in front of everybody (at least he was yelling) and the excitement he showed when he got a gatorade bath (after uga i believe?). Fulmer has done a lot to help this football team THIS YEAR, and he can't be blamed for all the nonsense that gets thrown at him. Did he take the field and suck suck suck against Memphis behind center in 97 and blow the chance to make it to a NCG?

He has responded very well to last years crying.

I agree wholeheartedly with that statement. Skyboxes don't belong in college football. It's supposed to be a raw experience... take out the skyboxes and put in some BENCHES!
