Since I enjoy reading the message boards of opposing teams before and after we play them, I think I'm going to start posting summaries of what's being said on them every week.
So let's start with USCe:
-They all seem to reference the South Alabama game a lot. Apparently we "would have lost if not for the interception in the end zone"
-Found this gem:
-Apparently we turn the ball over a whole, whole lot
-We're pretty much being compared to their game last week against Arkansas. They think the results will be about the same.
-The general notion is "stop Neal and make Worley beat you and we win by a mile"
-They think we'll go for it on 4th a lot but they take pride in their 4th down conversion so we will "lose that battle"
-much respect for the O-line. Most of them seem to think Clowney won't exist on Saturday
-much respect for Pig
-a lot of claims that we only have decent stats in most categories because we've played 3 scrub teams
-general predictions seem to have us scoring between 10-15 points and them scoring between 30-40
-they are all looking ahead to Mizzou big time. They are considering us a tune-up game before they face them.
-for the most part they show a good bit of class. There are some Tennessee fans lurking and they are all getting along really well. I did read someone post something along the lines of "getting revenge for Lattimore last year". That's not really cool. It's not like our goal was to end his career.
