They have their season set on beating Tennessee and they are playing at home, what ever that means. Vandy comes into this game at 6-5 this year. Two years ago they came into this game 5-6 coming off consecutive wins against Kentucky and Florida. It looks like Coach takes this team seriously, and I hope we can get a similar result against a Vandy team with a similar profile.

I mean, I would like to pull for Vandy when we are not playing them, as my late father in law was an alum and he was a fine old gentleman.

But, then, i remember their cheap shots to our DT's knees, and their Franklins, etc, and I just have to take the Joe Thompson, Coach Cafego position, and say ... F them.

I still think Franklin eats 💩. I really don’t like Vanderbilt at all…. And he is a grade 🦆head.

I’d be happy to see the Vols host Penn State. I’d love the opportunity to bounce a cutie 🍊off that bald head of his.

I think a lot of people see how much more this team has been capable of this season. They're a click or two off, and it's fundamental stuff. Dropping balls, overthrown balls, questionable line play, etc. A lot of it is stuff you'd expect they'd fix week to week, but it continues. They've actually regressed in some areas.
The defense and our ground game are largely why we're in the discussion, and I'm grateful for that. It's nice to see us in contention for real again.
I think people mistake having a pair of eyeballs for being a nEgAvoL, and it's a bit tiresome.

Almost as tiresome as when people are more excited to say, yeah but,followed by something negative than being excited about the positve things. That type personality is irritating AND tiresome.

When you have been dominated as long as UT has dominated Vandy, they tend to hate the opponent that does the dominated. Jealousy is part of the issue but just getting stomped year after year.
