That's Arian Foster's number. It's allowed to have multiple guys with the same number if they aren't on the field at the same time, though.

I think his name was Antonio Perkins. Even though he was a defensive back, back in 2003, one week he singlehandedly outscored all but a handful of NCAA teams.
