Providing LSU beats Arkansas next weekend, does that put Bama back to No 2? Oklahoma is losing, Oklahoma State has lost. Oregon is losing to USC. What a crazy last 2 weeks of NCAA football!:eek:hmy:
If LSU loses then what happens? It could get crazier. Hang on to your seat for the last full weekend of NCAA football.

Assuming that Baylor holds on for the last 8 minutes to beat Oklahoma (which is definitely not a given, with everything we've seen this year).....

If LSU beats Arkansas: LSU-Alabama

If Arkansas beats LSU: Alabama-Arkansas.... but LSU plays the SECCG.

LSU and Bama have been the best two teams all year. And still are! There should not be an argument at this point.

The last time two teams that played for the National Championship that were from the same conference (correct me if I'm wrong) and even played each other in regular season was Texas and Arkansas.
Is it possible again-Bama vs LSU?:good!:

Bama and probably LSU again. They're the two best teams. Except LSU still has some work to do.

My opinion. A 1 loss team that doesn't win their division shouldn't go in front of a conference champ. Especially one that has to win an extra game.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm hoping LSU beats Arkansas so we can clinch a spot in the BCSNCG without having to play an extra game.

I'm sure that the BCS will have a hard time convincing themselves to invite two money magnets like bama and lsu to a national championship that takes place right down the street from both schools.

The whole thing is pretty messed up... with plenty of time to make things even more messed up.'

Its getting to the point where the NCG doesn't even mean anything.

Or play Houston while lulz are passed all 'round.

Would like to see this for the sake of quieting the "mid-major's should get a shot" crowd. This matchup could end up like Hawaii-UGA.

You realize Georgia could get in the title game if a couple things happen?

A lot of things would have to happen.

It is not the fault of the BCS that conferences decide to have conference championship games.
