If we beat those teams then who except LSU is there to beat us?(VolunteerHillbilly @ Jan 26 said:I am not so concerned about specific numbers from the QB position but I would like to see Arian get 1,400 yards in the regular season averaging over 4.0 per carry. If he can do that then the passing game should be opened up for the ole' dink & dunk.
Like most everyone else I just want to see wins. We can win a few ugly (like in 2004) and it won't bother me. I just want to see some fight in the team. My personal stat is 10 wins in the 12 game regular season.wins if we beat UGA, UF, Bama and S. Car.I could even live with 9
LSU, Cal (maybe), at Arkansas, or another fluke upset by a team we should crush (like Vandy in '05). IMO Florida will be our toughest home game and UGA will be the big road test.(rockydoc @ Jan 26 said:wins if we beat UGA, UF, Bama and S. Car.

They like SC had very little talent & lacked a decent qb. UGA has a good Coach weather we want to admit it or not, UM I believe will improve & SOS has proven he can outcoach Fulmer year in & year out. Again that's just the SECE.
I am very apprehensive about this "new" staff advancing UT to move up to where UT SHOULD be.
Time or should I say Coaching will tell.
i think a lot of people are apprehensive. And for good reason. we have nothing to be truly excited about, except to hope that the answers to the questions we all know exist are answered in a positive fashion. Nothing has been tried and tested yet.(RealVol @ Jan 29 said:I understand...but Ole Miss is having a good year recruiting & if it weren't for a couple big breaks vs us last year, who knows.
