Seriously, say the season ends and Dave Hart announces that Dooley has been extended 3 years? Just playing devils advocate here, not saying it will happen or is even borderline likely.

I think I would start hunting more and tune out to UT football all together.

Skip the "it's never gonna happen" and for the sake of this thread assume it just has please. How do you react?

I would send a letter to the AD and a couple other offices letting them know that any financial support I have offered over the years will discontinue. No more merchandise purchase, games or any type of support until they make a coaching change. No butts in seats and merchandise sales when spread out across the fan base will equal lots of dollars. Dooley is in over his head. Until he's out, no more $$. I will continue to follow and cheer for my Vols but know that we will be average at best.

I would buy my season tickets just like I always do. Instead of making it to 4-5 home games a year, I would pick 2 and then leave the rest of the game seats empty. The people I travel to games with have said they will be doing the same. Maybe Hart tries to call the fans bluff. I think the Troy game was just the start of things. This could get very ugly very fast. I will always cheer for UT and hope we win every game. My $$, is not something I have to part with. If UT wants that, they will put a better product on the field. I would still watch the games but from home. If I could not watch it live I would wait until the replay.

The same I have done the last 3. I would attend 1-2 games a year and watch the rest on tv.
