To get the Austin Peay loss back at this point?

I'll start the bidding at my whole left thumbnail.

Lets focus on the future. Not a good time to start thinking about negatives. Lets look forward to what the Vols can do in the next few games.

i would give absolutely nothing to get that game back.

this team is who they are because of the W, and if it wasnt for that L we wouldnt be in position to make the dance.

CCM has said, that loss made this team who they are, and that this is when the team decided to buy into his philosophies. once they did they became succesful.

i wouldnt trade that L for ANYTHING.

If he really did that, I would love to meet him at a football game next year, and have a little talk with him. Show yourself hithard, and let me know which game you will be attending this year.

Not trying to come across as an Internet tough guy, but someone beating a defense animal is where I draw the line. Sorry if my post was not to your liking. Big animal lover here.

Nothing.

That loss changed the team.

Without we got 6-10 in the SEC and lose to UConn.

I honestly believe that.

I agree for the most part, but this is a lot easier to say in hindsight. I would be amazed if anyone dared say that in the days immediately after the AP loss.

That's the point. That loss changed the team. It was the best thing to happen and they will tell you that.

Now, Georgia and Alabama...I might give a toe.

Wasnt so much APeay, but the bad losses at Uga and Mississippi St that is causing problems...also,many pundits are touting teams that "lost" players, got them back and won again...few comments have given Tennessee credit for the addition of Stokes as the watershed point of the season..this is close to being a top 25 team since Jan.10th,but we will find out in New Orleans how hungry they really are
