What would you guys say that this team is going to average in points this year per game for the 12 games. I'm going with 26

I predict the average scores will be 56 to -3........Ditka will find a way. I mean, Dooley.

I know this is off topic and I appologise. I'm trying to look up historical stats for UT & I can't seem to find anything. Has Tennessee ever had a season in which we had 2 WR's have 1000+ yrds receiving in a season?

BTW... so answer original question. I'm going with 29.5 ppg

Probably close. I am thinking though, that I am getting bored talking and thinking, and ready to tee it up!

They should average 30. Score 50+ in the easy games and 24 in the tougher ones. I think they'll put 60 on someone---maybe twice.

31 to 31.5 is about what I've been thinking. This would put us very close to the 2007 team in points per game. It could be higher, but anything beyond 34 points per game would be very surprising. I'm on board with Phil Steele with this team having a top 25 offense in the country.

I went to click here and dug my way back to '85, and my guess is no. Prior to the Andy Kelly years, we were predominantly a running team, and so it seems unlikely if it didn't happen in the last 27 years.
