When Montoya caused that wreck on the first lap of the open, it reminded me of the year they had a big wreck on the first lap of The Winston that took out Gordon. That's the one where Nascar changed the rules on the spot and decided to stop the race, allow the wrecked teams to pull out the backup cars, and start over. Jeffy boy wound up winning in the backup car. What year was that?
