Hello, everyone.
I've been really busy this weekend and had no time to log in and mingle during and after the game (ecstatic we're bowl eligible). Would it be possible for anyone to fill me in on some of the recruiting news since Saturday? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

There is really too much to summarize.
There are a lot of big time prospects we're in on. Pagan being one that just decommitted from Florida.

We're doing a lot of in-home visits this week. Just check the threads though.

Miami fired staff so folks excited about Marcus Jackson and Chickaloo, though, Chick says we ain't lovin' on him lately (no homo).

Staff is doin' work in recruits homes. Hitting mostly our commitments first. Other than that, just the usual noise.

Not trying to change subject but, how and where do you go to start a thread? I've looked all over and can't find! Any help would be appreciated. Thanx!!!

I can't wait until national signing day when all the complainers on this site and sports talk radio about the stars and where we rank will finally shut up when this staff brings home a top 10 recruiting class again.

So does anyone know the latest on pagan, I went on espn and didn't see our name in top schools... But on rivals we are the only other school he showed intrest in!!!

So anyway...

Here is what I gathered:

1) Jeoffrey Pagan decommitted from Florida. Tennessee, Clemson, The Mutts, and the Enemy are tops on his list. Finally. Great news to hear.

2) Lots of in-home visits by the staff to committed and uncommitted prospects; particularly Chuck Smith visiting Gabe Wright. Awesome to hear; hopefully we can make up some ground on those we have a shot at and catch up on those we do have committed.

3) We're getting a visit from Tar Heel commit Romar Morris. Excellent. Home run threat on offense and possibly special teams to complement Devrin. Another chance to make a case for him.

4) Down to Volunteers and Buckeyes for Lamar Dawson? Interesting. Dawson to Oregon makes no sense.

5) Randy Shannon fired from Miami? I bet that makes miamicane pretty happy. May help our chances with Marcus Jackson and Anthony Chickillo. Good. Good.

Pagan decommitting is really big news. I assume Smith and CDD are speed dialing in between visits. Getting both Pagan and Wright would really help the DL. Are they EE's?

I do appreciate all of you filling me in. I may be looking to you all again within the next few weeks because I will be periodically absent, taking care of life's little responsibilities. :salute:
