What's going on with GW, Raines, and Pope?

this was the last thing I saw:

Fulmer said last week that Williams and Raines were planning to attend prep school this semester, and Pope has returned home to try to raise his test score. Receiver Brent Vinson, who's enrolled at Hargrave (Va.) Military Academy, has also said he hopes to enroll for the spring semester.

I think that when a player goes to a prep school that they have the option to go elsewhere when they leave the prep school. Are all these players still planning on coming back here?

Pope is from Calif. In fact USC tried to get him to change his mind at the last min. This one kind of scares me.
