OSU vs. Mich
ND vs USC

I think ND would upset before Mich but it will be two great matchups.

I believe OS is so good if they lose any game it would be an upset. ND has not beat USC in so long it would be an upset.
Michigan is just as good as OSU so I wouldn't classify that as an upset if OSU lost. Just becuase ND hasn't beaten USC in so long doesn't make it an upset, if ND were 3-7 and they beat USC then it would be an upset.

You can at least make a case for the upset based on rank (BCS or otherwise). However, I am still lost how ESPN could label last week's game "Arkansas upsets Rocky Top" or something like that when

1) Arkansas was ranked higher than TN
2) Arkansas was playing at home
3) Everyone picked Arkansas
4) ESPN's headline leading into the game was "Tennessee in Spoiler Role in Arkansas"

So, how does tennessee go from being in the spoiler role to being the "favored team" that got upset??

I'm not a big ESPN basher at all. I even watch GameDay unlike many of you. BUT...I found that ridiculous...if for no other reason, for its inconsistency.

ND over USC imo. I think Mich and OSU match up pretty well.

it will be interesting to see this potent offense of OSU against this great D of Mich...and vice versa.

ND and USC could be a real shootout. i give USC the edge on defense and it's at the Coliseum...and they have won like 31 games in row there....USC will have no problems putting points up.

Neither. These are not upsets.

Now, if an un-ranked team, like say, Vandy beat UT - That's an upset.

Typically, it's not goin' to be an upset if it's a set of 4 top 10 teams duking it out.
