What's with the new chant?

I've noticed that multiple teams are using the Whoa, whoa, etc. chant. It seems to be a song.

I heard Clemson doing it, Penn St. doing it and at least one other.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? It's already driving me nuts.

yea... when I was taking my grad classes at Old Dominion, they played that for every basketball game. really got the crowd into it. I've heard it in several other arenas. sounds weird on a football field though.

They've played that for years at English/European soccer stadiums...very crazy.

play it at UT basketball games too...its awesome. the crowd goes crazy and is all jumping around and stuff
